How can I unsubscribe/cancel my subscription?
Login to your account. You will automatically be directed to the Buy section of your account. If you have an active subscription, the details of this subscription will be shown along with a Cancel button on the right hand side.
Click on the Cancel button which will take you to the PayPal website. Login to PayPal using your PayPal credentials. Once logged in find the subscription creation transaction in your transaction history for the subscription to our service. Click on Details. The details of the subscription will be displayed and at the bottom of the page is a Cancel Subscription Button. Click it and follow the instructions.
Your subscription will be cancelled immediately. As we do not offer refunds your ability to use our service will continue until the end of the current period for which you are fully paid up.
